Excerpt:

Tears of my soul

A tear drops on the palm of my hand,
I’m gripping flowers in the other.
To your grave I come to weep
So we can be close to one another.
Been so hard this thing called life…
How much more can I take?
My heart is weak.
My mind indistinct.
Your guidance is what I seek.
How can I go on without you near?
Your strength…
Your love…
I need you here.

Bowing my head, I began to pray
For only He can take this pain away…
A warm breeze engulfed my soul
Like the way you used to hold…
Your voice resonates in my head,
“Don’t cry my dear,
Remember my love, No tears.
I may have left too soon…
Leaving you full of sorrow.
But Heaven required an Angel
To look after you tomorrow.

Today is just a test,
Sometimes, pains brings out the best
Be patient;
Be humble.
Forgive in your heart.
One day we’ll know longer be apart.
In your heart, can you understand…
I know longer suffer from man’s hands
I’m spending eternity
At beautiful gates of paradise…
