Do you qualify for the Independent Author Index?

This is a question we get asked all the time, because there’s some confusion about what constitutes an “indie” author. Others have their opinions about this subject, but for the purposes of the Independent Author Index this is how we decide whether you qualify as an “indie” author.

If your books are published by any company or imprint other than the ones that follow, you qualify to join and/or use the services of the Independent Author Index:

There is a one-time, set-up fee of $24.95 to have your profile included on the Index.

All genres welcomed…

Share your profile with the world when you receive a unique link that's simple and easy to remember.

Book Listings

You can have unlimited books listed on your profile complete with summary, book video, excerpt and buy links.

Social Sharing

Your listings are shared on several social media sites, like Facebook, Google+, Twitter and more!

Calendar Listings

You can have your literary events added to the Index Events Calendar for free. Non-members pay $5.

Satellite Sites

There are other sites associated with the Index. Your books are shared there and linked back to the Index.

Sell Your Print Book

Everyone can list their print book free on the Index, but member authors pay less in commissions to do so.

Subscriber Newsletter

You may find yourself and your work showcased in a subscriber newsletter, encouraging more readers to visit your profile.

Giveaways

Sponsor giveaways of your books or other products on the Index, and we will advertise the giveaways through social media. There are also member author only giveaways that you will be able to take advantage of.

Premium Services

Member authors can take advantage of more services to gain even more exposure for their books, like an exclusive sidebar.
