Excerpt:

The smallest dragon in the kingdom sat on the steepest hill in the land.

“My head is too big. My stomach is too round, and my wings are too small!”

Baby Dragon was determined to fly. He extended both wings and flapped with all of his might. He jumped, hovered, but fell to the ground with a thud.

“My head is too big. My stomach is too round and my wings are much too small.”

Mother Dragon heard his cries. She knelt and extended her massive wings. “You may borrow mine. They are strong enough to carry two.”
